Diary Dates

Will have much more to say over the weekend on the subject of the ‘coalition of the willing’ but in the mean time two date for your diary.

The Terrorism Bill goes back to the House of Lords on 28th February – expect fireworks on that date as it’s expected that Lib Dem and Tory peers will move to remove glorification again.

The Identity Cards Bill goes back to the Lords on 6th March – no real indicators as yet as to how the Lords will respond to the Commons’ rejection of their amendments on voluntary registration and a full cost/benefit analysis – hopefully they were all watching Peter Hain get his arse kicked last night on Question Time.
